Scott R. Bugay, Esq. was born and raised in Illinois and graduated law school in 1993 from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of the Illinois Bar since 1993 and the Florida Bar since 1994. His practice includes wills, probate and guardianship law. He has filed probate or guardianship cases in over 20 Florida Counties. He has appeared before the Circuit Court and the Fourth District Court of Appeals. Additionally, he represents claimant's at all levels before the Social Security Administration. He has testified as an expert witness regarding social security issues in workers compensation final hearings. He has appeared on radio shows to discuss social security disability law and has lectured to various groups about social security. Mr. Bugay is a recipient of a pro bono award for Put Something Back. He married in 1994 and has four children. He is involved in the community in different ways including coaching youth baseball and football.

Pamela W. Weiss, Esq. was born and raised in New York and is a licensed attorney in Florida since 1980. She was admitted to the Federal Southern District General Bar of Florida in 1981. Ms. Weiss practices in the areas of Wills, Probate, Guardianship and Real Estate. She has represented clients in a number of contested probate claims. Her practice has also included bankruptcy, criminal and fidelity insurance defense. She has argued cases before the second and fifth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. Ms. Weiss is married with three children. She is an active in a number of community organizations including AMIT.

Carol J. Taxman, Esq, was born and raised in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Bar since 1976. Ms. Taxman practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Guardianship and Real Estate. Ms. Taxman has extensive experience in the areas of wills and trusts and has drafted over 1000 wills and/or trusts. She has a published article in the Chicago Bar Journal. Ms. Taxman is married with four children. She has worked with Legal Aid and other organizations in the community. In her spare time she can often be found kayaking or snorkeling.
